Things had to change here... After round about a year of using Blogspot's blogging engine I switched to something I'm able to completely define and scale by myself. My choice was Drupal, because I simply like the design: there're no limits and the initial setup is easy to do.
Thanks to the extraordinary well done documentation this here seems to be: my new state of the art Web-log CMS. Just painless, comfortable and fantastically extendable.
The question of security.. will be answered after I have done the tests. I can't say jet, nevertheless some nifty modifications are done. But I'll reveal the complete setup after it's complete. Maybe that's going to be inspiring for the Drupal community ;).
Imports
The old articles and comments are imported. You can comment alongside all the old articles now. Nevertheless the export from Blogspot ate the layouts - and the html code sometimes is strange... but anyhow. It worked. Some typos, which didn't exist before the export was done, are very confusing. I'll maintain my old articles, but I guess I'll just edit the stuff I need for my personal knowledge-base
Recommendations?
I'm new to Drupal. Ideas to improve this site are most welcome. Actually I begin to like my layout *g*.
