Why the hell?
Since it is the new default Shell in upcoming Windows versions, and already deployed for Server 2008, Exchange and Windows 7 beta, having a look at what Powershell (PoSh) can do becomes essential.

I'll add upcoming parts there too, after announcing them here. The focus is not layout ;). Obviously.
